Clock is restarting and failing to boot into Windows

Clock will not boot into Windows and caught in a boot loop

This can happen when the clock is not getting enough power. Here are a few things we can check to make sure that you are getting enough power to the clock.

  1. Use the provided AC cord. This will have the right amount of power and should allow the clock to boot up.
  2. You can also use the provided single line PoE Injector. This will ensure the right amount of power needed for this clock.
  3. Once plugged in to one of the two power options above, reboot the device several times to allow it to boot.
